We have Been in our Lovely Home now for just over 1 Year. We engaged with Build 7 after perusing the Market for suitable Building Contractors. Our Interface with the build 7 team was excellent from the get go and right thru to handover. The Build Quality of our Home is excellent and we have had no issues with this. We were lucky to have Jamie and Build7 team design and construct our home late 2020. What stood out to me is the honesty and transparency Build7 operates with. The team took care of our every need and delivered the house on time during very challenging period of early COVID lockdowns. We would not hesitate to use Build7 again. “Jolanda and I felt we weren’t in a financial position to have an architecturally designed home. We were prepared to choose one of the thousands of plans out in the market. Build7 is different; we sat down with Greg our Customer Relationship Manager and provided our house dreams must haves & wish list. We were blown away with the plans that came back & only made one change. It wasn’t just a plan on a piece of paper – we had 3D renders of our dream! We paid nothing for this service, and paid a 10% deposit upon signing the contract for the working drawings to be prepared.
