Wonderful surprise in low cost accommodation. Checking on was simple and the host was extremely friendly. Rooms are spotless, well kept and stocked like a 5 star with luxury hot chocolate, shortbreads, coffee and tea. Easy walk to resteraunts and Viv's Kitchen is a must for an amazing breakfast. Will definitely stay here again if the area!
