My dog Kira absolutely loves Brookby Lodge! Super friendly staff will always look after your doggos. Highly recommended.
Went away for 4 days and came back to my dog with 2 infected paws and 1 infected eye. Very unhappy with the lack of communication didnt receive a single phone call regarding the paws and the eye and lack of attention that was given.. extreme disappointment, please do better...
Cat came back sick and very anxious. Lost weight as well. This may not be the fault of the staff as it was her first time away from home but communication during her stay was not good.
Great place for Day Care and longer stays. My Pup's a regular and loves it!
My babies have been going to Brooky since they were a few weeks old. After much searching, we found the ideal home away from home for them. Evwryone there is kind, compassionate, thoughtful, caring and love the doggies as their own. Sadly three of my precious hearts have passed away within three years of each other aged 12 , 13 and 14. Brookvys staff were compasdiobate for our loss and mourned my wee ones. They have become our Brookby whanau over the years. Now only lil Nugget goes and he is akways greeted wirh such joy, he forgets to say goodbye to me! The staff listen and are most flexible when possible; whether it is beds, food or a cuddle. Cimon , Lindy and Sharna we have known the longest. The new staff are equally endearing, trusted and adored by us all. It is always a pleasure to have a quick chat with the owners Ruth and Graham in passing. We absolutely love our Brookby whanau bless tgem and their services. You will too!
We’ve relocated from Australia and needed a new boarding kennel for our pooch to enjoy. Our big guy came home from Brookby Lodge happy and exhausted Thank you, he’ll definitely be back!
My dog and i love this place. Great service from doggy daycare to overnight stays. She is a much calmer dog.
Reggie loves this place! Nice premises, caring staff and affordable. Drive doesn't take long and worth it if your looking at long term stays too.
