Bronze Snake Shop Auckland

I’m very disappointed in your ponsonby service. I’m quite a regular customer at the bronze snake I love all your clothes and get along with everyone that works there and usually have an all round great experience. But I went into your store recently and see you have hired a new manager. I find her very rude and has no customer service skills. I have never once been greeted by her, served by her or have ever been offered for my stuff to be placed in a fitting room. She always seems to just glare at me and doesn’t want to help. She has made me feel very uncomfortable and has gotten to the point where I won’t be shopping here anymore and end up walking out. Very disappointed especially as I come in most weeks.

Great clothes. Minimal with Extra long fit & interesting shapes. Staff has a bit of an attitude which ruins the shopping experience but if you can deal with that I recommend the clothes.
