Just visited friends holidaying there but rooms nice and big .. they built things better when it was built.. still it doesn't feel real dated.. good central spot for a look around the area.
Well worth staying on our Road trip to Dunedin. Amazing little village. Try and get there before 8pm to try local Hospitality.

Place clean and tidy with cooking facilities. Internet access was extremely problematic, losing connectivity constantly. Very close to road, so noisy from traffic. Toilet had troubled flushing too.

Large rooms, 50 channels, clean, comfortable, full kitchens, helpful kind and pleasant proprietors. Beautiful gardens, always look forward to staying here.
