Well stocked and helpful staff. Price matching was an easy process and no issues whatsoever. Some really good manager’s discounts and clearance items.

They were very helpful with my exchanging of a product. Good customer service from numerous people.

It is up hill in either way form the accessible parking, but you can get there the store is set out like normal.

Always have "sales" on items, when it is clearly the actual retail price as they are almost always on sale. Not very morally right IMO.

They were really busy and the extremely helpful man went out of his way to get me the right size. I really appreciated that.

This particular shop was very unkempt. There was rubbish down some of the aisles and clutter, products strewn on the floor. Noone greeted us as we walked in and we saw 3 staff whom didn't look in our direction.

The team were amazing at 9am this morning lovely lady tidying up the towel section found me what i needed. And the lady on the checkouts helped too. Both with beaming smiles and christmas banter. Made my shopping so easy . Thank you both
