Looked up item online, checked whether it was stocked at local store, said it was...rang to confirm before going in and staff said no have to order there. But after purchase order placed and paid went to check, shelf -item was there on shelf. Very lax staff and basically lied to get extra revenue and marketing personal details.
Ok, stock levels were variable and some parts of the store seemed poorly organized/ messy. What we brought was good value.
good product but sale price is not cheaper price as next day it was cheaper on another sale!.
I visited on Boxing Day. The queues were long but they had all the tolls staffed and most customers were polite and patient; the staff did a fantastic job. I love the quality of Briscoes' offerings and was delighted to secure some bargains.
