My husband and I stayed in apartment 7B which is upstairs facing the mountains. Wow! The view was magnificent! Location is excellent making walking to town a breeze. The apartment is fully equipped to enable cooking, eating, laundry as required. We dined at the in-house restaurant - Shackleton's and were delighted with the service and quality of the meals. We highly recommend staying and dining at Brinkley Resort.
I mean it’s nice but the shower is not the best same with the beds they are not sturdy at all room service sometimes don’t come
The building is well designed. But, our experience of the apartment we were supplied was less than desirable.nnSoft, very uncomfortable bed. Aircon that struggles to heat, even when on max.nnLimited supply of essentials to enjoy a holiday.
Recently spent a weekend in Methven staying at the Brinkley Resort.nThe rooms were comfortable and clean.nThere is lots of parking close to each room which is great.nIt's only a short walk into the town.nThe bar and restaurant offered a great selection of food, with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere Truffle & Porcini Arancini Balls were amazing!.nThe man who checked us in and out and seemed to be everywhere was great, super friendly, down to earth, relaxed and welcoming.nWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
Been staying at Brinkley for the past month with my boyfriend while he is working in Methven.nClean rooms, quiet and great view out of the apartment, set us up with all of the household products we needed to get us started. Brinkley Resort feels safe and secure and staff are helpful and attentive, tennis court a bonus too.nThanks x
