we loved this personal touch that Brigitte offers, and is always willing to answer any questions we had regarding our tip to the kimberlys and beyond, or any other trip we were thinking of. love the service that memories connection offers.
Our long awaited trip to Canada and the US didn't eventuate in 2020 but Brigitte and Natasha did an amazing job in spite of this. They had put together our general ideas into what would have been a 5 week trip by plane, train and bike. Thank you for all the work you did in firstly organising, and then unwinding our holiday bookings. We’re sure this was a time consuming and disheartening experience for you all but we were thrilled to have got almost a full refund - even for non-refundable accommodation bookings! We will certainly be using your services again when the borders re-open.
