Cheap drinks, some Great Friday and Saturday nites had here! Lovely staff Also a Great venue to hire and does other events including swing dance, pool, darts, karaoke, tea and cake afternoons, craft nites, bridge and bingo.
There are lots of great things going on at the club these days, as well as the regular weekend entertainment, there is a popular swing dance night, Swing City, a community choir, the Brighton Swing Choir, regular Northern Soul nights, Bridge, Pool, Karaoke and more. Great priced bar and a friendly welcome, they are accepting new members now, so why not pop down and find out more.
Went to a Motown night here ,drink and dance the night away with some good old Motown R&B and soul music..On once a month.
Lovely club. Great atmosphere and the music was great. A fun night was had
Was at a darts competition, our Thursday league, played upstairs ,as more boards ,really nice large airy room ,be woderful for functions. Shame it's under threat of closure, like so many other clubs.
Great club with friendly staff and customers. Nice bar and plenty of drinks to choose from.
Good place to meet up with friends and family
Visited the Brighton Trades Labour Club on the evening of 31/03/18. A guy singer name of Storm King was the entertainment for the evening. My advice to you is, stay at home if he's the act billed for the night, OMG he was atrocious a real bad 'club' singer. Too loud, sang very adanoidy and very dated. He "sang" record's dating from the 50's, 60's and I assume he would have finished with more recent stuff. We left before that, he was not the norm, we have enjoyed many great acts since I've been going to the club, and I'm sure there will be very many more. I've been a guest of my cousin who is a fully paid up member of the club for several years. But I have now decided to join myself.
Great place , to go with family and friends, you can also book for private parties , great bands , lovely friendly staff and committee , would recommend to all , grand job of refurbishment .xxx
Lovely place to go, chilled for a quiet drink and even do family fun days for the kids, also lovely staff and good prices! The place is having a make over so will look nice when done!
