Bridget completed 4 years training at the prestigious College of Integrated Chinese Medicine (UK) and holds a BSc (Hons) Acupuncture from Kingston University (UK). She has now returned to her hometown and practices from a peaceful countryside location just minutes from New Plymouth - Taranaki - New Zealand. She is ACC registered, a member of NZASA the British Acupuncture Council and the Health Professions Council.
Bridget has 200 hours Yoga Teacher training under her belt which includes asana (postures), meditation (relaxed awareness) and pranayama (breathing awareness). She also attended the Watpo Thai Traditional Medical School in Bangkok (the original source of thai massage worldwide) to complement her skills as a hands on therapist.
