Story

Welcome and thank you for visiting my facebook page for "Bridal Hairlooms." I am a Mother of three grown children, recently remarried after 16 years on my own, located in Dunedin, New Zealand. During my own wedding planning, my creativity was sparked. It brought me great joy, creating glamorous and beautiful things, it was my dream wedding. The underwhelming options of original, beautifully made hair accessories in city my small city encouraged me to make some of my own, and wow, I love it! I have a background in art and I have always had a natural artistic flare. Whether it was sketching, painting, cake decorating. Cake decorating being a favourite, making a business out of it when my children were young, selling children's cakes, wedding cakes and birthday cakes. My dear husband helped me pick my name "Bridal Hairlooms," being a play on the word 'Heirloom,' and this is what I want for you beautiful brides, an exquisite hair accessory made with joy and love for you to wear and keep as your family Heirloom.
