Almost every week I try to visit a new cafe and sometimes they're ok.... and sometimes they are AMAZING!! The Brick Mill cafe is super rustic and cute inside, with outdoor spots too. All the cabinet food looked incredible and there was keto items as well. I usually get disappointed with keto cafe sweets, but the mallowpuff was absolutely delicious!! My latte was superb also. Very friendly staff. 100% recommend and I'll be back for a proper breakfast soon!! Thanks guys!! And Merry Christmas
Super friendly staff with warm welcome. Good atmosphere. The fish and chips and the carrot cake are very nice. A great spot to pop in!!
Great atmosphere;cheerful, helpful staff. Great menu with plenty of gluten free options. I had gf pancakes with banana, bacon and maple syrup: generous serving, light textured pancakes. Delicious.
We visited Brick mill on Saturday at it was amazing. The fluffie for the kids come with their own chocolate bar and shaker. The kids platter was a delicious assortment which kept miss 4 very happy. Warm and cosy with the fire going, blankets behind chairs and a welcoming ambience to the Cafe. I've worked in hospitality as a chef and baker for the last 15 years and the coffee was absolutely divine, I ordered the smashed avocado + bacon and the bacon was a generous addition to an already delicious meal, flavoursome and light for a brunch meal. Not too pricey, the cabinet has a wide range of offerings but I would recommend a meal, you won't be dissapointed! We used to be regulars with the old owners and now we are looking forward to becoming regulars again with the new owners. Ka pai Brick Mill, see you soon.
We had a fantastic brunch at the Brick Mill Cafe today. Delicious food - we ordered from both the menu and the cabinet - and the coffee, spiced chai, and hot chocolates for the kids were on point. Lovely atmosphere, outstanding service despite being short-staffed, and overall a wonderful dining experience. Will definitely be back!
Staff were full on, tables busy but we were warmly greeted, advised of food wait times and ushered to a table. My bacon brunch snack with a poached egg was perfect size for me, the husband went for the large sausage roll as well as the ginger slice and a cuppa and was really pleased to get a tasty relish served alongside. Well worth the stop.
Yummmy food. Nice staff. Nice place. I enjoyed my food. I definitely reccomend this cafe. You should stop here for a coffee when you are passing this place. There is an art shop near the cafe if you wanna buy some souvenir.
I have been frequenting this cafe for a number of years and it never fails to disappoint! Great in winter to sit by the log fire and drink your coffee. You can even pop next door to the emporium and pick up a nick nack or three that you don't really need but they are cute anyway!Food: 5/5
Went here for my fathers birthday on the 25th Sep 2021. It took about 45-55 minutes for our meals to show and the cafe was not busy. I chose a steak open sandwich with onion jam. Kinda thought it would come with more than just that and a sprinkling of rocket. But no. It was “ok”. The fries were good though. My brother had the same as me and he was disappointed in the size etc especially as it seemed relatively expensive for what we got or didn’t get. Dad had Eggs Benedict/Florentine. He enjoyed that and the other meals - pancakes were pretty standard. I wouldn’t go again by choice but it is a mid way point for my family hence why we go there. Sorry Brick Mill. You were good but after that I wouldn’t personally choose to go back.
Wonderful Cafe, dog friendly with complimentary treats and water bowls. Service was kind and professional, even though they were short staffed, cared about moving umbrellas to keep the sun off their customers. Food was delicious and in a timely manner. Great work team! We will be back. Vegetarian options: Great options
