I appreciated the service from this florist. It was probably going above and beyond to get the flowers to my mum in Mangawhai for her birthday the day before mother's day. She's battling through a hard time, and living across the ditch makes it hard for me to support her in person. She loved her flowers and I think it made her day. Ordered the Bright & Breezy arrangement extravagant size - $132 with shipping & small card. Different to what was expected from the website photo but she still liked them
Would give 6 stars if I could. The team from Briar Rose went out of their way to get flowers delivered for a sad bereavement, to a remote location not yet on Google Maps. Nice to deal with a team with such a positive can-do attitude
After being disappointed by 2 other florists, I rang Briar Rose Flowers and asked if they delivered to a certain area, they said they did. I ordered an All Out Elegant Rose Bouquet to be delivered to the house that day. I was apprehensive after the disappointment with the other florists. The next day, I called the florist and they said the flowers were delivered. Today I spoke with the family and they said the flowers were delivered and are beautiful. Thank you Briar Rose Flowers and Briony for being so helpful and for coming through with beautiful flowers for a very sad day . Thank you.
Have sent three different arrangements of flowers from Briar Rose in the last 2 months. They have all been really nice and have lasted well.
Ordered mothers day flowers for delivery to Algies Bay for Sunday. They arrived in good time, nicely presented, made my mum very happy as I couldn't be there - thanks heaps!
With Mum being sick we have sent a lot of flowers over the last few months from this establishment. The arrangements are lovely though they never really last more than a week. It's the greenery that lets it down mostly as the last lot of flowers we received the magnolia leaves which are long lasting were already brown and old on arrival.
This lady cares, and it shows. Her bouquets are exactly what you want and more .Not expensive, prompt and presented beautifully.She supports Whangateau Roses which are fantastic strong blooms. Support her, you won't regret it.
Briar Rose Flowers did the flowers for my recent wedding. Briony was wonderful to deal with and followed my brief perfectly. The flowers were gorgeous and we received many compliments about them. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Briar Rose Flowers!
I brought flowers for a friend. A few days later they wilted and died. For whatever the reason ... my friend, or the establishment... when I went back to complain, the owner was more than happy to give me a bunch of flower to replace those that died. For free. And in my book, that's good business. Hence the 5 stars
