Worst experience in the worst time of my life and I have paid $5000-$6000 dollars and they were still unable to get the yd25ddti working, I have not been refunded nor received any kind of decent service and solution for Thier severely limited amount of skills that they do hold if any...... I drove my pathfinder in there and then I had to drive from Auckland to paeroa towing a trailer in order to tow it back to Auckland 5 months later after they were trying to guess multiple different items and components because they could not gather the skills and experience and knowledge to get the job done right and the first time or second or even the 3rd worst machanics and business I have ever had and I WILL BE taking it further .... I would NEVER EVER TAKE MY OWN CAR OR EVEN A RENTAL THERE FOR ANY THING NOT EVEN TO CHANGE THE WIPER blades
Traded my Navara for a new one which I picked up today. I can not fault the experience. All staff were friendly and helpful throughout. I have had several Navara's all purchased in Auckland, but due to relocation to Whangamata I chose to purchase as locally as I could and I'm so pleased that I did.
Got an extra key cut and programmed. Great service

Atrocious customer service. They do not stock the Nissan part I need and outright refused to tell me the part number. Maybe, they can get the part but they are not sure. Called another Nissan dealer in Hamilton who told me that none are available in Nissan NZ network, he immediately told me the OE part number so I can search elsewhere, Will never use you Brian Tunnicliffe cars. Pay attention to you customers and your far superior competition.
Traded my car in for a newer vehicle at this dealership. What should have been a pleasant experience ultimately left me feeling cheated and extremely unhappy. Personally, I would never do business with this company again. Buyer beware! And today, nearly 12 later I have returned to this dealership and purchase another vehicle. Which only proves that time heals all wounds I guess. Great service and office staff contribute a lot to this business. So I'll give it another star.
Terrific service guys. My work car needed a service and from start to finish I couldn't have been treated better. There was excellent communication about anticipated costs and dropping me off to work was no problem. My car was returned after a service cleaner than it arrived too. Great work and fabulous staff
Amazing service. Took 3 children with me to drop vehicle off, they drove us to a cafe/playground so we didn't walk in the pouring rain. And they were going to come pick us up too but it stopped raining so we walked instead. Genuine, lovely people.

Happy with the Purchase of Nissan Navara. Great service and offered good price for trade in. Bryan was really easy to deal with. Happy to come back again for the next Nissan purchase. Navara is great value ute as compared to the other over rated utes. It is worth driving down from Auckland to get a such good deal and Un pressurized purchase. Thanks team. All the best!
