Have made several wasted trips to hornby to pick up orders. More times than not they have not been there when it was stated they would be. Large orders. Then was told they would deliver. We have paid however I'm still waiting for the latest order to be delivered This was promised a week ago
Great service, helpful staff. Didn't have exactly what I was after but have offered to get it in for me for next weekend. Brilliant.
