If I could give a zero rating, I would. Table of five this evening, really rude staff, got our order wrong, nobody willing to correct it, didn't take finished plates away after coming to bring five orders out separately. Between the $72 for two steaks, there must have been a quarter of a mushroom in the mushroom sauce, at a push. Soggy chips under an overcooked steak. Presented with a voucher to pay, and was told it couldn't be used coz it hadn't been printed who has a printer these days!?, and was told I would have to pay. Admittedly, I had to check the very rude guy serving me wasn't actually joking, he insisted on me paying. Only after realizing I wouldn't be paying, as I had a valid voucher, did he offer to print it off. Don't waste your time coming, it's not worth it. Happy Birthday to me I guess
Ordered a meat platter. And 2 drinks. The atmosphere was good, but food was sub-par. Drink syrup was out, so had to take our drinks back. Meat was so dry and only drizzled with sauce. Not worth going there for the price

Very nice, good food and good average drinks. A bit pricey and the music is a bit high. So if you want to mingle I would advise not goinf when there is live music. Customer service was great! People were so welcoming and funny. I felt so happy when I went to the counter to buy something. Just amazing friendly people with humour. Recommended and specially for big groups of people!
It was my birthday on the 6th of May and my Mrs booked us a table here to celebrate my birthday on firsttable.We got there and ordered the platter for 2 which they did nor say its not for a firsttable only when we where paying and seeing the bill being so high we asked the waiter and she told us the platters is not for 1st table my Mrs did not want to make a seen so we paid and let and got a hold of their management to tell them what happened and we want our refund up until this day we did not get our refund l will not be supporting the business in the future.
This was such a disappointing experience - my partner and I were there for dinner and the food was average; below average if anything. The both of us ordered burgers and after a 45 minute wait they both came out cold. But that was alright because I was hungry so I ate it no problem, until I got to my last bite and chunked down on a piece of plastic in my burger! I don’t like complaining so I very kindly told them about it and they couldn’t have cared less - I wasn’t offered any sort of compensation or even an apology. The plastic almost cracked my tooth! I could have been more stern but I shouldn’t have had to be - if you serve plastic in your food, it’s your responsibility to handle it accordingly! I will not be dining here again.
Ordered the scotch steak meal Everything was cold...even the garlic butter wouldn't melt on the steak. sent meals back, got hot chips but the rest was the same...steak was so undercooked...slaw was shredded cabbage, no dressing. Mates burger pattie was raw... The loaded wedges were ok. Service was great and felt so sorry for the waitress. Won't be going back there!
Food was below average and expensive. Staff were hit and miss, couple of nice ones but also a few that were short, rude and clearly were more interested in serving tables with younger females. Unfortunately used to be much Better and seems to get worse each time I’ve been. Wouldn’t recommend.
Very good meal complimentary drinks for the long wait we had waiting to get our meals due to staff shortages so impressed with that gesture only downside I found was it was cold and could've done with some form of heating in the dining area apart from that a good night out
One meal was yum, the other not so much. Wouldn't recommend having a steak here. Getting it wrong twice is twice too much. The first steak was raw and the second was so full of gristle is was inedible.. Loved the atmosphere and staff but not sold on the food.
