My sales person Joe and Chelsea, a business manager, were lovely to deal with. Very friendly. However, since I have had my brand new Suzuki Vitara I have had ongoing issues with it making a sporadic squealing sound whilst driving. It has been looked at twice and both times the mechanics couldn't find anything wrong with it. Upon picking it up after the second time, we were told that if I bring my car back again I would have to start paying for my car to be looked at. It has a five year warranty and I had my car a total of six weeks when it started squealing. This issue has become really frustrating and stressful.
Such a great experience buying our Jimny which we are so pleased with. The whole journey from beginning to end was very smooth and informative. Special thanks to Derrick and Nimesh who were extremely personable and professional. We’ve had an ongoing issue with a squealing sound since we bought it - it’s us every time we get to drive it. Grooming service. Had thought this would be a good choice for cleaning our fleet. Service acknowledged the booking and vehicle type at drop off only to get a call to say it was booked in as another smaller model and they couldn't fit it in. Need to sort some systems out here
I bought a car in the last couple of weeks from the group and was able to compare my service I received from Brendan Foot to other car yards that I attended in the lookout for a new car. I had the pleasure of dealing with Patrick Cooney. From start to finish - he was amazing. Cameron Bentley, the parts consultant was amazing with my requests! Prompt response times and was very helpful in finding alternative facilities to find parts for my vehicle, where they weren't able to. Big ups and amazing effort. Thank you Cameron!
Anthony and Chad at the Mitsubishi section were great to deal with. They gave me a better deal than I could get in Tauranga. Efficient service and very helpful. The Ute was everything I wanted and with A1 service to boot. My parents have dealt with Brendon Foot for years and have just purchased a new Mitsubishi as well.
Professional sales approach from an old guy, who played the roll well. We started at $10k and he started selling options at $28k. Within an hour we were provided great options. Another visit with excellent marketing and sales support on a new Suzuki Swift. Very happy with my trade price offer and new car options...
Been dealing with Brendon, Mathew and Robbie for over 30 years and they have always looked after me, my family and business needs. For a bigger dealership they have always maintained that family approach and the service team is always very helpful too. Highly recommend
Happy with my new car. I decided against trade in as the price given was not even close to market price, so sold it privately for 5 x more than the trader offer. Got a good deal on new captiva though and have had no issues with any service or maintenance. Got email and text reminders when things were due which was really helpful
