Story

Deciding to build your own home can be an exciting venture, step and process. It can also be a bit scary, investing in one of your biggest assets, particularly if it’s your first time building. Whilst home and build companies offer fantastic “spec” homes, sometimes these aren’t exactly what you are looking for and you may want to put your own ideas to paper or create a space that is perfect for your needs, and a little more bespoke. This is where Brad Percy Architecture can help.

Brad Percy Architecture (BPA) provide one point of contact for one of the most important parts of your project - The Design. BPA will meet with the client to review, get to know you and understand and establish the scope of work and the project budget. We will then develop preliminary concept plans, finishing schemes and layouts to be presented back to the client with estimated budget information to match.

Once we meet to finalize the selections, plans and estimated budget, BPA will begin creating the finished plans and specifications.

When you are happy and the project documents are completed, BPA will be in attendance at regular job-site meetings and prepared to answer any questions that come up in regards to the plans submitted during construction. Throughout the project’s duration, BPA will coordinate with our client’s project team to ensure the project’s success.
