I have been to this outlet store twice in the last two weeks and neither time has it been open. On the first occasion, the store was completely shut. This was despite the fact it was a week day. The second time there was a sign stating, “Sorry for inconvenience, back in half an hour.” Unfortunately, after waiting half an hour, no one had appeared to re-open the store.
Nice range of lingerie with some good discounts. Friendly and very helpful staff too. Also you get a refund on returns if you bought the wrong size as long as tags on and you have receipt.
Would have appreciated some help did ask a girl a question and she just point and said “try over there” maybe less singing and gossiping and help people out.
I have just purchased in this Dunedin store. Amazing customer service! Even if there is a lot of customers, the team take the time to check on your requests, help out and give options. Prices are incredible, and they have plenty of stock to choose from! I am definitely coming back. Thanks
Definitely doesn't have "outlet" prices. Every time I go to their outlet store elsewhere i find better deals
I visited Bendon Dunedin on 11 January 2022. The shop assistant Jane was extremely helpful, friendly and polite. It was busy and she was dealing with other customers as well; but she listened attentively to my requirements and I felt very confident that she knew what would be the best choices for me. She is a real asset to your business. I will be back! Margreet

Amazing savings. Staff were very helpful. I always head to this outlet store when I am in Dunedin.
Partner said the range was impressive for the size of the building. She couldn't find many options as her sizing wasn't the easiest to fit. Never knew lingerie and everyday bra wear was so popular the store was buzzing with old young everyone was there making an equally colorful purchase
The staff in this store need some training on customer service they completely went out of their way to stay out the back not ask one single question. When a customer did ask about stock the girls answers were quite rude. Not interested in going back there.
