This is the worst bp I’ve been to so far in Nz. We broke down late at night and not one staff member came to check if we needed assistance or to see if we were okay, specially as we are a mother and daughter travelling alone very late at night. Sort it out Bp bulls, your customer service is horrendous!
Lady working there didn’t acknowledge customers waiting at counter. She was making a coffee which is fair, but waited literally 3-4 minutes, she was making the same single coffee, and she didn’t even look at the people waiting to purchase. If there were other staff, they weren’t there strange experience
this time would be the first-time in a long time they had sausages in there hot food cabinet

Service was unapologetic when given out small change, but inside and outside was clean with plenty parking. Cappuccino was good.
