The experience was very disappointing. The lady at the counter was rude and yelled at us. We ordered coffees with vanilla, but the flavor was completely missing. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
Worst customer service ever experienced… they treat me so bad just for kindly asking some warm water for my tea. The woman was so rude with me.

Stopped here on our way to Te Toto Gorge. Short stop, but one of the sweetest interactions I've had. The staff were super friendly, place was busy but they handled it like a champ. Not to mention, toilet was clean and smells nice.
Friendly customer service, they have fuel, food, drink and a toilet - what else can you ask for?
