Never have hot food at times you think they should. Came in at 8.30am, no pies just deep fried stuff. Another day at 11.30am almost nothing except for a few chicken pieces and a sausage roll. They need to be better at stocking the hot food
Just got a pie said mince on the label in cabinet but in the pie mince and cheese I'm ilergic to that cheese filling makes you so angry how companies play with your health like that. I walked out and did wait for my coffee i wouldn't buy food from a BP again. It's not worth the risknnYou need to be careful it can make people really sick
Sharlene on the counter is an absolute star and a real asset to have as a staff member! She referred to be by name when I entered the other day and blew me away that she remembered my name as I had not been in for quite a while!
I’ll never use BP ravenswood for any services again. Partner & I both paid for a car wash, my Ariel snapped off so I went to enquire about it as I’ve never had a problem before with my car before. Nick is who I spoke to about it & he was so rude, not helpful and just had awful customer service. I live locally but will never support this business again, who has someone with bad attitude like that serving customers. May have been my fault but like I say, I’ve never had an issue before and he could have handled the situation better.
Isn’t Bp supposed to always have hot food?nMy partner drove here 3am during a long drive to get something to eat and there was no hot food at all.
