I love the coffees and convenient location of BP Ravenswood.nIt did feel uncomfortable watching some make my coffee while chewing gum with an open mouth.nnWhen was chewing gum in front of customers an acceptable thing at work.nI may just be old school.
Love visiting the friendly staff every day for my flat white. I know most of the staff by their first name. They start making my coffee as soon as I walk in the door. It's like visiting old friends every day. The only suggestion I have, is to put more staff on shift from 2pm till closing. Cheers from Earle
I am a tourist visiting from Australia.. stopped for coffee and fuel.. never expected such unwelcoming attitude from BP customer server in New Zealand. No greeting .. very cold behaviour .. not a good way to start a day.. very disappointing.. do better bp woodend
Today was really disappointing. This afternoon, our family were craving pies and decided to head to BP. My partner went in and was busting to go to the toilet, he muddled up the women’s and men’s toilets and accidentally walked into the women’s bathrooms. He came out and got scolded by a short, grey-haired middle-aged woman. He attempted to explain that it was genuine mistake given that he was busting for a pee we’ve all been in that situation where any toilet is better than no toilet and got the signs mixed up, she didn’t want to listen to him and wasn’t willing to listen to anything he had to say and kicked him out.nnWe ended up going to Z for pies.nnBP either needs to change their toilet signs or their staff. There’s been a couple times I’ve walked into the wrong bathroom while at BP Woodend, but to treat a customer with absolute disrespect is ridiculous. My partner meant no harm and to not be listened to and talked down to by a mistake was not the right way to go about things.nnSad to say, from our own experience today and even past review’s we’ve read about BP, we won’t be coming here if certain employees continue to belittle customers.
Friendly staff normally a well stocked food cabinet but it is the weekend and traffic lite I guess.
