Everytime I have stopped at the BP in Taihape, I have been disappointed in the service, to the point I keep on driving to Bulls. On Saturday I had no choice but to use Taihape BP. with no change from previous visits. Looking at previous reviews, shows that at least the are consistent with poor attitude and service.
Bad spot to grab a coffee, weak and very milky. Could barely taste the coffee in my coffee.nCustomer service is lacking, staff are unfriendly.
Come around the corner at 3.30am in my Western Star still without my coffee fix and like an oasis, the lights of BP Taihape shone brightly, doors open and people inside. No trying to order through a window. Greeted within seconds by the friendly chap who made my coffee. Not many areas do you get that where you can park a large truck. On my trucker list of places to aim for during my 14hr days.
Very good service at times busy but exceptional coffee toilets are too be avoided if possible and all things are possible...
Unprofessional saff ordered for a coffee on chocolate powder on top the old lady put the wrong flavor .then her mistake not accepting. Need proper coustmer training
