Decent facilities and staff at most times of day, but they're supposed to be open until 12 midnight, and when I showed up once at 11pm the doors were locked down. Tried to signal to the staff inside but they ignored me and turned the lights off.nI understand that it was late at night but doors shouldn't be locked an hour before closing time.nnOutside of this incident, still a good place to get both car fuel and human fuel.
Went in for a late snack craving. They still had cabinet food available.nnNice staffs.
While my son was replenishing gas the car, I had a wonderful Cuppa. Nice coffee. Used neat & clean toilet. Thanks BP. BEST!!

Got fuel at this gas station around 11am 20/11/2023, as i was intending to use my AA smart fuel card, i showed my card number on my phone and the lady scanned it. Then i have put my phone on the counter and was about to reach my wallet and get cash for payment. Then the lady told me the scan was not successful and she needs to to again. As my phone was just lying on the counter, she could have adjusted the angel of the scanner and get the job done. However she requested me to hold the phone vertically for her to scan, but my hands were full as busy reaching my wallet for cash. Just don't understand why the service is such terrible
