Very Bad Behaviour By attendant. We got stuck in the snowfall and my 7 year old daughter wants to use washroom only. But the attendant refuse to use washroom as he said if you want to use washroom you need to buy something. I think this is clearly a unacceptable behaviour for a kid who was holding it for long time.
The lady working there has so much attitude. We pass by BP to gas up, my partner was just about to pay and forgot that he didn’t bring his Everyday Reward card. I noticed and went to the counter and showed my card, but she said it’s not allowed to use other people’s reward card to pay, since I’m not paying. I explained that’s my partner and the card belongs to us, she still mumbles it’s not allowed, so I said how about I hold the card and pay? Does it make a difference? She said it doesn’t and “technically it’s not allowed”and very unpleasantly let us paid. I understand it’s a Sunday afternoon, nobody wants to work. But if you’re at work, then act like it, why throw the temper onto customers for no reason?!
Don't know when but ok
