Heaps of space to get a motorhome around, on tap add blue and diesel pumps. Very clean and convenient.
Had one of the most unpleasant customer service, on the 20/11/2022 at 16.40nnShe sounded condescending, and impolite with her tone of voice did not say hi or anything like how she did with the other customers, not sure if it was due to my ethnicity. I asked for the AA discount with my card but she just said my card isn't registered and did not bother to even offer to use the barcode on the desk that gives customers discount. She just made her own decisions without asking. Hence I didn't end up having the discount.
Bad customer service.... accused me of not paying when I was getting my wallet to pay
We called in to full up with petorl with some friends and we're going half's the man said that will be 37.00 something each i said thats OK then my husband came in wanting a drink so i said Serve my friend frist which he did. He changed her 37.something then me 41.something then he said do you want to pay for these drinks i said didn't you charge me for them he said no so he changed me 41.something for petorl intead of the 37.plus he didn't say he was going to change us separate for petorl and drinks he could have Said. He was not a friendly man at all but that's just opinion.
