I visit BP each morning for a coffee and am always greeted by the lovely Levi.nnHe always has a warm greeting and often a great weather report for me before I start my day.nnCustomer service here is 10/10 coffee very good too!nnHighly recommend visiting here for coffee, weather reports and if you just want to brighten up your morning.
I would like to report of the extremely rude customer service. Due to arriving at BP just after closing. I recieved an abrupt intercom announcement. I went to speak to the person as I needed some urgent support and they completely 2 of them abnoxiously ignored that I was there. They were getting ready to leave, however this was extremely rude. I understand there are people who may be rude to customer services at 10pm at night. But this was unacceptable.nnConstructive feedback : Please acknowledge people, even if you are in a rush to leave. It's extraordinarily disrespectful to ignore on purpose instead of speaking to them properly if they are in need. No matter if you are due to go home in 5 minutes time.nnRespectfully I understand that I arrived after closing. But I do not accept to be answered like that, nor ignored.
Great service, the coffee is hot and one of the better coffee's in town. Hot chocolates are to die for. Marshmallow to go.
