Staff seemed grumpy, another didn't know what he was doing. Frustrating to be told that they didn't have an end for the air hose, so I couldn't pump tyres up. Car wash does a good job & the store is clean
Good customer service.nn1 they were happy to break up a large note for me.n2 Then hours down the road I realised I'd forgotten to get a receipt for work purposes. A quick phone call and within minutes I had a photo of the receipt.nnMany thanks !

Owner makes effort to learn your name and ask how your doing when you arrive. All other employees are talkative and friendly I never feel that awkwardness you sometimes get in stores when your waiting on a coffee order In fact i often find myself still chatting away with them well after I've received it. They've all learnt my coffee order and start making it the moment I walk in the door before I even ask for it. Customer service there is really clearly important to the staff at b.p. paihiatua the owners done a really good job at keeping the standard high consistently too. Well done guys
