A good BP with good coffee. There is a young fella at the counter who’s is a bit grumpy. I don’t think customer service is his thing, but maybe he’ll ease in to the job once he gets used to it. All n all, a good store in a good place that meets my needs.
The portable air con machines have seemed to be there for a long time now …. Friendly and good service tho
Prepay fuel arrangement took their one star off. It is time consuming where you have to go to the counter, stand in the line and then pay and come back to fill your vehicle. In my case I had to fill my car so I had to line up, inform the attendant tomorrow the fuel station and go back, fill your car and get back to pay for the fuel. Located in central Cambridge which is good.
Excellent staff. Coffee's very good and delivered quickly. Come here often. Bp food has gone down hill over the years. Not Cambridges fault. Pie crusts have got dryer and dryer. Ie more tasteless and muffins are often dry these days. Looks like they have shrunk again. Somehow need pie pastry and muffins to be tasty again because I'm guessing you have slowly lost pie customers big time.
I went to pump up my tyre but the hose had a leak in it which deflated my tyre completely so I couldn’t drive.nnThe staff member said there’s nothing they can do to help me / no replacement pipes.nnI have a spear tyre pump in my car which I plugged in to try inflate the tyre. But my fuse then blue which meant I couldn’t pump it up.nnI went back in to ask the staff member if there’s anything he could do to help. He said no. So I went back out side in the rain and waited until I found someone who should let me borrow there cigarette lighter.nnVery disappointed in the staff member on duty , extremely unhelpful.
