Couldn't get a coffee in the evening. Long distance travelers should be able you know they can stop at an open service station and get a coffee. I would go as far as calling it a health and safety concern.
Amazing service from James and the person maintaining the forecourt. Asked for a hand to check car oil and all that other stuff. Took care of it all, great experience. Thank use
Coffie $u3k$ Uncooked pie.nUnable to fill up my vehicle due to error .nPrivate ownership, but service is not good .nGo some where else if you need a quick bit and filling.
HORRIBLE RACIST CUSTOMER SERVICE 10/03/24 - They allowed Pakeha customers to free pump petrol while I Maori was expected to prepay my gas. I went to the window to question this bias and was told by the staff on duty 1. thats what our boss has told us to do 2. that person filling up, is a local, has a petrol card and I know him. When I asked about the other person filling her car because the pump was opened immediately - 12 minutes mine was still unopened and also by now other customers were pulling into the garage and becoming aware of the dilemma - the staff then said ok ok I will open it for you. POINT IS! - until I refused to be treated differently the staff at this BP were quite happy to DISCRIMINATE! This behaviour in 2024 is disgusting and makes me furious!! Furthermore I will NOT purchase anything from Kerikeri BP again and I will continue to highlight for the wider public that this bigoted prejudice is not cool in our rohe get it right he tangatawhenua ahau. I hope other Maori take time to consider their customer rights or at the very least check how they are being treated by Pakeha attendants at this petrol station and question or challenge the behaviour. NB my 1 star is for my time!!
Hmm good forecourt, amd friendly staff but with the other facilities it gets quite cramped for parking.nDominoes is next door so there is next to always no parking by the front door and then the side entrance is always blocked with cars waiting to use the carwash
