Emo girl with the large glasses was so kind to me. I tripped entering the store and was so embarrassed till I looked up and saw the this angelic being. She was like that one Mercy gif when she held her hand out for me. Felt like maybe I died from the fall and was met with an angel. Thank you so much, emo girl with big glasses.
Can’t pay at pump. Tells you to go to the cashier. Ask the cashier you want to fill up - he sends you to a machine outside. The machine outside doesn’t work for contactless, so you have to go back to the car to get your bank card.nnCashier did just come out and ask if I was alright though.
Amazing service from James and the person maintaining the forecourt. Asked for a hand to check car oil and all that other stuff. Took care of it all, great experience. Thank use
Top class service with nice coffee. Staff go the extra mile.nWent in this morning for petrol, which was pumped for me without asking. Whilst pumping the attendant asked if I wanted coffee. I said yes, by the time the pumping had finished and I walked into the cash desk to pay, the coffee was waiting.nThe kind of friendly service that attracts custom!
Staff were really nice, but this petrol station has a rule where you have to prepay and pick an amount before filling up — hard to do when you don’t know how much fuel your car needs.nnThey said it’s because of drive-offs, and that if you overpay you can come back for a refund. Another customer was frustrated too — you can’t prepay while the nozzle’s in your car, so you have to put it back, go inside, pay, then go back out again. Bit of a hassle.nnI get wanting to stop drive-offs, but treating everyone like a potential thief isn’t the answer. Other stations let you just select “fill up to $150” or pay at the pump — much easier.nnEnded up going down the road to another station that accepted Google Pay with no issues.
