My husband brought me a coffee and Sausage roll.... It was horrible and it looked like it had been there in the heat for over a week. Shame on bp. We spend a lot of money there. But no more and if I get sick there will be fireworks like no one has ever seen before. I pay good money the lest BP could do is serve better food. The coffee was not up to thier normal yummiest either time to train train train. Or just take pride in what you serve

I had the worst coffee of my life from here today, the baristas making it were clearly not paying attention to what they were doing. I had one sip and the rest was tipped out. Very disappointing. The lady at the service counter was lovely though!
Staff very friendly and helpful. We've ordered two large flat white coffees, but they were too hot, and it came out with no foam, but mainly very very full which caused coffee spilled all over the car.nnI know, everyone needs to learn to prepare perfect cup of coffee, so happy with what we got, but also sometimes less is more, especially with a take away coffee
