Some call me a petrolhead. That is to say, I spend a lot of time at this BP. Really happy with the service, it's clean and tidy inside, and I really enjoy a nice warm pie from their pie warmer. It's the little things.

Well, normally I only leave Positive reviews but like Nathan who just left one recently I come here a lot and yes the service is very poor, most of the stuff in the bakery cabinet is nice sandwiches are great but you get to the counter you get granted at sneered that has a couple there who should retire and there’s a few of them that should learn some manners. Just simple things like hello thank you how are you? Good morning you know normal phrases is that normal people use.nBut I am getting sick of trying to order a coffee and the machine is broken, three out of the last four times I’ve tried to visit it’s broken, almost a permanent out of order sign on the front of it.nBut if you go outside to the pumps to fill up, it’s dirty they’re dirty those pieces missing thing, scrapes and scratches, go down the road to 2 or the other blue petrol stations. Everything is very clean and tidy, someone’s regularly looking after them to make it a pleasant experience.nSorry BP London Street but this is the truth and maybe you could do something about making it a more pleasant experience.nHowever one Positive Tia who works there is an absolute star she’s always smiling always helpful but unfortunately she can’t work there 24 x 7 so the rest of them bring it down.
