Disgusting experience at the BP in Greymouth today.nnPaid $17 for a car wash and the machine stopped within a minute, leaving my car covered in soap. Sat there waiting 5–7 minutes thinking it might restart — nothing. When I went inside, instead of fixing THEIR faulty machine, I got blamed for moving my car. Apparently I was supposed to leave it there and walk away, which is completely unsafe and makes zero sense.nnThe older lady at the counter was incredibly rude, dismissive, and wouldn’t even let me speak. Kept talking over me and showed no interest in solving the problem. Absolutely shocking attitude.nnAfter all that, they tried to fob me off with a $12 wash instead of properly refunding or redoing the service I actually paid for. That’s not a solution — that’s just bad service.nnHonestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in New Zealand. If this is how they treat customers, I’d strongly recommend avoiding this place
My very favorite place to get great service great coffee no waiting for fuel pumps. The public toilets here are the best I have come across for a garage. They are always spotless when I use them. The staff are so friendly always up for a good conversation and laugh with them.
Nothing is in a food cabinet at 11am. 5 or 6 pies. I think should check with Christchurch stores
I can't praise the staff and management enough. I had a very scary incident with my car dripping petrol, They went out of their way to assist this elderly, panicking woman with help in arranging AA services to tow my car to a garage. Being a weekend the garages were not able to be contacted directly. Made me coffee and were absolutely wonderful in ensuring that I was OK and could get home. My heartfelt thanks to this wonderful crew.
