Had the best experience at this BP, the staff are amazing and work very hard. Are polite and helpful to customers. I was in there recently and some rude customer was being a prick to the Barista who was engaging with other customers and was making his coffee, I was going to say something to this guy but the Barista handled it like a boss and carried on i would have spat in it and that was impressive. I've always loved the environment the morning staff bring and some of the people they have to deal with are awful so 5 stars for everything they do.nnThey keep the Waihi community running and we should all be thankful to them

Staff here were so amazing! Just bought a van and the engine oil light came on, I needed some help and the girl at the counter was so lovely and got another guy to come out and give me some help! Both were so lovely and helpful, never got their names but I appreciate you cause I was a bit stressed
I still remember, when I visit here to order coffee few years ago, I was ignored and got worst customer service. However they were nice to other costumer. It was quite racism attitude. I don't recommend for Asian people, it ruins my travel.
The only BP station in Waihi which is all in one fuel stop. It has car wash, multiple filling station, LPG refills and wild bean cafe along with donuts, cold drinks, snacks and other food items you usually get at BP station.
