This place is constantly understaffed, very unfair for the employees and customers, coffee takes ages to be ready and they dont know how to properly make it, Embarrassing.
Dear BP Lunn Avenue Management Team,nI am writing to express my disappointment regarding the consistent decline in coffee quality at BP Lunn Avenue.nI have been a regular customer for many years, purchasing coffee almost daily. Unfortunately, over the past two months the coffee quality has been extremely poor. My flat whites are consistently served with no foam, no flavour, and taste like plain hot milk. Despite requesting on numerous occasions that my flat white be made properly—fluffy with foam—the issue continues.nSince the recent staff changes, not only has the coffee quality dropped significantly, but the overall atmosphere has changed as well. It appears the current team lacks care or pride in their work. As a paying customer, I expect the product I order to be prepared correctly and to the standard BP is known for.nI am genuinely disappointed, as I have supported this location for years. However, if this does not improve, I will have no choice but to take my business elsewhere.nI hope this feedback is taken seriously and that steps are taken to restore the quality and service that once made this store a pleasure to visit.
So disappointed with the team. They rung me to inform that they found my wallet. When I came to claim a day after, I was informed that it was already thrown in the rubbish by a team member along with the other unclaimed “lost and found” items. Very irresponsible. Totally pissed
Very busy gas station with lots of facilities, but customer service was very bad and it felt like they were trying to charge extra for things. Coffee was just okay and fuel price was average. The place is still convenient because it has toilets, ATM, LPG gas bottle exchange, and a car wash all in one spot.
Wow! Not all young teenagers are problematic and thank you to this amazing team that made my day! Kyler and his wonderful wahine toa colleagues - the vibe and wairua in this store today really made me proud to be a local. Not everyone will be on a high coming in but take a moment to appreciate these wonderful future leaders trying their best to be good at customer care. It’s not always about how long you’ve worked somewhere, we can always learn something new from anyone including the younger generation.
