Wow! Not all young teenagers are problematic and thank you to this amazing team that made my day! Kyler and his wonderful wahine toa colleagues - the vibe and wairua in this store today really made me proud to be a local. Not everyone will be on a high coming in but take a moment to appreciate these wonderful future leaders trying their best to be good at customer care. It’s not always about how long you’ve worked somewhere, we can always learn something new from anyone including the younger generation. Terrible customer service.nOn 28th April 2025 around 4am I have placed a coffee order on my way to work allowing BP staff more than enough time to make it. The guy saw me waiting and waiting and waiving at the night pay window. He didn't care to serve me and kept filling a display while constantly taking to the phone. Turns out he hasn't noticed there was a coffee order come through. Not the best way to start a busy day.
Quick refuel. Good car wash and manual wash bay option. Easy access to all services. Can get busy on the weekend.
10 mins ago I take one coffe that was flat white the thing is that, the night shift guy he, does not make sense how to make a coffee, there is no foam no taste, I am very disappointed and waste my money on this coffee. Bp station is known for coffee not for rubish…
I was due for a warrant in an hour or so and decided that a car wash just before I went and the BP was the closest at the time nice and clean, helpful staff that advised me on a good car wash possibility paid the money and went through, really good car wash looks a million dollars, have no idea on the gas or anything else but the service for the car clean was brilliant
