Terrible customer service.nnThe young Indian lady working there refused to unlock the diesel pump and insisted that I pay first. How am I supposed to know exactly how much diesel my vehicle needs before filling it up?nnIt felt like they assumed I was going to drive off without paying. I’ve never been treated like this at a BP station before. Very disappointing and insulting. I won’t be coming back.
I had my Rewards card in my hand, the person behind the counter knew that but he made me do the payment before scanning my rewards card. On questioning he said it’s too late which is bull Zero customer service

Terrible customer service now. Young disinterested Indian lady just scrolling her phone instead of “helping” customers.
Our tyre popped while driving into this gas station which was very unfortunate. We jacked our car up and went to the tyre shop that’s 3 shops away to get a new tyre however they didn’t have the size tyre we have so the tyre placed called four of town to see who had a tyre for our car. As we are waiting and struggling to free out our spare tyre the owners of this bp were very rude, arrogant and not understanding to our situation and kept telling us to move the car THAT DIDNT HAVE A TYRE ON AS IT WAS UP ON THE JACK ‍ they kept harassing us and threatening to call the police like we were scared. The worse service and a disappointing end of our week stay here in Ohakune
