what is the use of a loyalty card if cashier did not give me a chance to use it. i dont know why she was rushing. i was the only one inside the store. she blamed me for being slow. she could have asked if i have one like every else does before going through with the payment
Since reopening as a Shell it's great, very friendly and mostly good prices. Liking the loyalty system. Keep it up!
The staff here are really lovely. It’s a shame that the big shell managers are going to can the loyalty card.
