Nice location & there are shops within the complex. But be aware that their café is NOT Wildbean, don't be fooled. The setup looks a lot like Wildbean with less appealing food and the mocha is below average. And the store itself is half empty.

Easy to get Petrol from at anytime but anything else from 7:00pm onwards is a no. There was no fresh hot food and no hot drinks!! What was left was a couple of rancid looking pies that had been in there for quite sometime and they had cleaned the coffee machine and didn't want to make any more drinks. Petrol prices are some of the worst as well being 2.20 compared to 2.09???
Used mobile pay in the phone so didn't go into the store. Good location, close to Express way and big spaces and lots of pumps available. Also has a car wash. The only reason not rating it 5 stars is few buckets out in the forecourt were empty and out of water. So I was unable to clean the the bugs/insects off the windscreen from motorway driving. I guess this is common with all petrol stations with all brands where water buckets are not checked regularly through out the day.
Paid for 50 dollars of diesel. They wouldn't let me fill up a 20L water tank, probably worth 10 cents. NOT A TRUE SERVICE STATION. Every other BP I've been no has no issues at all. Even in Auckland.
Staff were lovely but DO NOT buy the food. This is what a $6.10 toastie looks like. Eventually got a refund, but seriously BP, you work hard to have fantastic pies and coffee, but the rest let’s you down!
Used the toilet, very clean and a light smell of cleaning products. They have a sign stating when the toilet was last cleaned 3 hours prior and posters in the toilets of the he reviews so they are dearly receptive to feedback. Two standard toilets a disabled/parents room. Toilet seat sanitiser dispenser was provided as well as a very efficient hand dryer.
Been here few times and is usually OK morning crew seem more friendlier, however disappointed today when I went in and requested $40 on the pump and got the ok, but didn't realise that she didn't set the pump so $60+ later I have gone over my gas budget. When I go in to pay she tells me that in order for her to put the amount on the pump, I needed to prepay I know this is not correct as I have done this before with no issues - if this has changed then it should've been mentioned when I requested $40 on the pump. It annoys me that she doesn't say 'sorry there is a change in our process' instead she puts the blame on me. Be mindful that people may be on budgets and $20 extra dollars over can add stress.
Update to my review, always an amazing place they really make an effort to get to know their customers. When I attend I always have awesome service and attention Great job guys. Love the cool cups !!
