They wouldnt allow me to drink the gas very bad service

The petrol is more expensive than the majority of station’s in Hamilton and the customer service needs improvement

You let some random person take our coffees, sip them and then bring them back for you to give to us. This wouldn't be good enough on a good day but to let this happen during lockdown. 1st and only 1 star review I've ever given.

Stuff old men and very slow service

They ran out of diesel and 98. Tried to fill with 98 but no go. Attendant had a go at me for removing the sign. I didn't. Why would I! Wasn't happy about being treated like that. The customer should be respected. I told him so but no apology. It's that they are usually very good that prevents a lower review.

Excellent self service petrol station with car wash, coffee, takeaway food, and doughnuts.

Used to love the customer service when the young ginger guy worked there. Now the customer service puts me off. The lady on the counter was rude and didn't greet/farewell, and didnt let me get my coffee card when I showed her the wrong one accidently. Honestly used to love it, but will find a new fuel station.
