I used the car wash on Saturday night and now my car's windows have scratches! The car wash has a sign that they don't make themselves responsible for any damage, but surely it shouldn't be normal!
I drove 20 minutes on a special trip to use the yodel service as it’s my most local one. It is displayed online as being open 24hrs. I arrived this afternoon to be told that the service was not open because it would take a long time and not sure when the manager is back. I asked when the service would be able again and the only answer I got was ‘I don’t know’. I understand things can happen but it’s the fact it was because she couldn’t be bothered which has frustrated me. I was not even given an apology. I didn’t argue or complain with the lady on the till as I know it’s not nice when you are just trying to do your job or not in this case! So I still have my parcel and don’t know when I can drive back again as I don’t want another wasted trip!
Racist night staff refuses to top up my Electricity on Paypoint being very aggressive saying they don’t do it! When I complained to him he started to be racist and walked away sticking his middle finger at me! I know they do Paypoint topup as I’ve used it there for the last 8 years!
Fuel duty cut by 5p and they put the price up to 187p on Diesel!! What a con.... Asda just around the corner only 170p.. Will never use BP again..
Very rude guy that worked in there tonight I only came in to buy a bottle of drink and as I was told to hurry up and leave as the guy needed the toilet, I was the only one in there he could of waited a minute or two. He definitely needs a lesson on how to talk to customers. Very angry and disappointed
Used the car wash and got no shampoo. Complained to the attendant but he didn’t seem to care. Paid for a second wash and got shampoo the second time but it didn’t dry my car properly. Poor wash and unhelpful rude guy.
Went in to fill up fuel and then went to pump up my tyres, I went in to complain that the machine wasnt working and was told they had never had any other complaints and I must have done something wrong! How could I have possibly done anything wrong you absolute moron, I put my money in and the tyre pump didn't work!! Anyway I waited outside for him to come and sort the issue out at which point he told me I was lying about putting money in the machine and then said "if I put a pound in the machine and it works you must have done something wrong".. Wont be coming back you absolute d**khead
Service was disgusting. Was asking a query about the cash machine as it hadn't given me my money, and no receipt or note on screen to say I hadn't been charged. Went in to ask amd buy some lunch for the day as usual and I was completely ignored as the cashier served another customer whilst saying to me the cash machine is nothing to do with the garage. I was disgusted with the attitude I was given, especially as I am regular. The server didn't seem to care about my issue and I will not be using this garage again.
There is a sign saying that the pumps don't auto-cut-off when the vehicle's tank is full. So you have to guess, or presumably get sprayed with fuel.
Twice on the trot I've walked up there to get milk, and both times the milk has been off.....think I'll get in car and go to thickthorn instead
