Watched children, grand, playing there always nice area.
Nice park... didn't see toilets but I'm sure they have them
The signage was confusing as to which side was football and which side was rugby
The best and most scenic sports fields in all of the mighty Waikato. Friendly folk about and public toilets on site. And with the mountain right above showing off it's beauty Mt Te Aroha it's a great place to be, any time of year.
Sportfields including a decent sized grandstand, fully fenced netball courts with a spectator shelter and a pavilion. The facilities are well maintained by the council and the overall setting is peaceful and tranquil, with Mt Te Aroha as the backdrop. Great for exercising dogs or just walking, as there are tracks in the wetland. Plenty of off street parking, even when it's a bit busy.
