Excellent place to work out, with a wide range on offer incl. PT sessions, Boxfit training, group classes etc. Also have a great After school care and holiday programme on offer.  The studio have expanded with what they offer.They also have yoga classes, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and it runs Dynamic Taekwondo training classes.

Here I found a space where I train and feel comfortable. The team is professional and friendly. Super recommended.

Friendly club with great classes and people

David Mischefski - owes Auckland Martial Arts Supplies money - he is definitely not a reputable martial arts instructor - I would be very wary of dealing with someone who refuses to pay for equipment he took and NEVER PAID for - that is THEFT in my book.

Dedicated Teachers who work on improving themselves daily.

Super friendly and welcoming.
