Stella's way of working is very effective, indeed it seems to be unlocking things in me that I hadn't had access to during my very extensive use of many wonderful treatment modalities over many years. As someone with a great deal of experience in alternative therapies as a client I would heartily recommend Stella to anyone seeking healing in their life. Both my physical symptoms and my mental state have been eased over the course of a few months of occasional treatments. It's a safe space and a gentle nurturing but very deep treatment.

I have worked with Stella on fatigue, sleep and stress issues while recovering from Long Covid. I have found the combination of body work release and theraputic dialogue a great tool in moving forward and letting go of ingrained tension. Would recommend to anyone!

I’ve have hypermobility and have suffered with neck/shoulder/upper back pain for years, but Stella’s treatment has really helped me both with healing and to think about it differently. I am much more confident now in my movements, I feel a bit more flexible and less worried about doing something that will aggravate it, and her treatment has helped to loosen up years of tension. She has also helped me have better mentality and coping mechanisms for when it does flare up. The treatment itself is very relaxing and she provides a calming, caring environment.

I went to see Stella, due to some issues I was having with my back. The techniques she used were both gentle and soothing and cured the problem in just a couple of sessions. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

I have recently  discovered that my daughter suffers from scoliosis. I took her to the doctors , she has done some physiotherapy. While doing research about scoliosis I've came across Bowen Technique, like that I had a chance to meet Stella. Thanks Stella for all the help that you've given to my daughter.  My daughter and I felt supported throughout the initial consultation remotely to be COVID19 save and Stella offered explanation at every stage. She put a smile on my daughter face since the first session after many months of suffering. I truly recommend Stella, she's very professional and welcoming and the environment is very calm.

I have had Bowen therapy for my back over the past 10 years but recently my therapist moved away and subsequently I found Stella through the internet.  I have had several treatments by Stella and found her extremely professional and caring.  She tailors treatment to suit each individual.  She is consciencious and has followed up therapy sessions by contacting me to ensure that I was progressing and to give me further advice as required.  I would throughly recommend Stella and Bowen therapy.

Every time I finish a session with Stella I feel a dramatic improvement from back pain. She manages to get the balance between professionalism and an open heart that is ready to heal. I would recommend her treatment to anyone.

One appointment with Stella really helped my back into re-alignment after days of discomfort around the pelvis and lower back. The treatment was gentle but clearly effective as I felt so comfortable afterwards.

I love how Stella makes you feel at home. Her sensitivity is natural and her touch delicate but incredibly powerful. The room has great view and the results of the session are immediate. Highly recommendable!!
