Hired a castle for my daughters birthday , and this useless company didn't even show up on the day of the party nor didn't they contact me to say they weren't coming. Completely disappointed for the kids . DO NOT USE if you actually want a castle on the day of your party
Hired from them recently, very nice to talk to. Get everything ready even before the day we need it, got a bonus time for my girls to play. And everything explain well, no hassle on setup and pack up. Luckily the weather was good on the day we use it, and my girls and her friends really had a good time. Will hired them again for my second daughters birthday.
With weather like raining n sunny and wet ground despite letting customers know castles cannot be delivered. They need to understand and cooperate. They argue and threaten to place reviews. Please request to our customes be nice to us.
Had a bouncy castle booked in advance and initial communication was positive until the morning of the party when I received a call to say that none of their drivers had shown up and they wouldn’t be able to deliver!! Not ideal when you have a lot of kids of varying ages expected! They said we could either collect or cancel which sent us into a panic as we didn’t have the means to collect no vehicle available that was big enough but I was also worried about safety because we had never had one before. While I appreciate that they did eventually get it to us, it was late and they still collected at the same time which meant it was here for less time than planned with no discount offered and it was also bloody stressful!
Fantastic service! Would highly recommend using this company. We have used them for several events and are always so happy with the service that they provide.
Absolutely fantastic customer service! Very considerate and professional. Arrived perfectly on time to have castle set up and ready by time we had requested and even let us extend our booking last minute : Castle was clean and high quality, throughly enjoyed by all. Will definitely be hiring from Bouncing Kiwis again and again! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
Unreliable company. Confirmed booking details in writing, then forgot all about it and never turned up. On the phone then suggested to turn up hours later, but still must pay full price, no discount offered. Definitely NOT recommended. Ruined my 5 year old's birthday party... Only get 1 star as I can't select 0...
