I’ve visited this gym a few times from Auckland—it’s a bit far, but definitely worth it. Since it’s a relatively new gym, everything is still tidy and clean.nI’m a beginner, but in my opinion, the route setting here is more fun compared to Auckland’s gyms.nI’ll keep coming back—it’s also a great excuse to escape Auckland!
Good fun, friendly & knowledgeable staff, clean and tidy facilities. The climbs are as challenging as you want to make them - there is a good range for all levels/abilities. I took 2 kids, ages 12 & 14, for their first visit, and they really enjoyed it and want to come back again. They're now proudly comparing blisters and calluses
Brand spanking new boulder gym with a fantastic setting and clean holds. Great safety conscious staff and cafe and seating areas to replenish energy or have a cuppa while the kids climb. Limited cabinet food just a few pies when we were there, but your standard greasy snacks available for order. If they add some healthier counter options, it would be even better.nnMy kids are regulars at Gravity Well in Nelson and loved the climbing here. Recommend!
Friendly staff, top quality boulder gym with fitness section. The bar has really nice coffe and food! Highly recommended for everyone considering to try something new!
