Prior to this experience, i had never in my LIFE had surgery. The team at Boulcott were comforting, accommodating to my needs, thorough in terms of execution and explanation and the nurses were all lovely. Food quality exceeded my expectations. I didn't want to leave lol
The staff are very welcoming as you enter into hospital, the nurse’s are super friendly and kind.
The best. Food is gourmet perfect vegan food prepared fresh and I could choose exactly what I wanted to eat by design. Rooms are luxe with variety and couches. Service attentive.
Absolutely amazing teams both theatre and nurses. They made me feel extremely comfortable. Definitely a people friendly environment and they treated all their patients including myself very well. Also very efficient. Thank you boullcott hospital.
Had to have a colonoscopy here. The nurses were brilliant. A really happy team made me feel comfortable and reassured. I had a great doctor too. I have to go back and have another one in a year and I won’t hesitate to come back here.
Clean, most staff are lovely and professional although a COUPLE of the admin and nursing staff do need to learn patience - not all of us family members are trying to be annoying - please feel free to explain things without the snarky tone - however most staff are friendly and professional. Surgeons are wonderful.
Personally I can not thank all the staff enough for making my stay as comfortable as possible. From the specialist, nurses to ladies who make you a cuppa tea. Brilliant.
