I was disappointed with Lady Boss Hair Salon. Firstly, the coupon which I purchased on Groupon for my wife made no mention of the fact that they charged extra for women with hair below their shoulders, this was only explained after I had purchased the coupon. Secondly, when my wife arrived for her appointment, they told her that the appointment had been accidentally written into their diary on a different day and that there was no availability. My wife had travelled across the city and had made the effort to be 10 minutes early, to then be told that she should come back another day. Poor form; they wouldn’t have liked it if it were the other way around and she hadn’t turned up and left them hanging….
Amazing, genuine 5* customer service - professional, friendly and great attention to detail. I felt welcome and looked after without feeling hassled. Both Shireen and Lynn sorry if I've spelled your names wrong! did such a good job helping me when I wasn't sure what I wanted. Colour came out really natural-looking. Really good experience and would recommend.
Had a lovely Bob cut by Yasmin. She took her time and gave attention to detail. The staff are really friendly. Would definitely get Yasmin to cut it again. 10 out of 10.
