Would definitely recommend No1 Blinds. From start to finish, they made the process so easy and seamless given they measure and install for you. Rachael, who helped us, was so approachable and lovely to deal with. Initially we opted for roller blinds but she recommended the venetian wooden blinds to suit our wooden frames and house, and we couldn't be happier with the result!
Professional and friendly staff. Aaron did an excellent job installing vertical blinds for the entire house. He did really well from measuring to installing an angled window. This mate is highly recommended for sure.
This company did no work on my house yet decided it was ok to put a sign on my fence advertising their business. The company will not give me their billing address so I can charge them advertising space. The people that I spoke to all had attitudes when I asked them to remove the sign. By the way I’m very happy with our blinds which were from kresta Blinds.
We had a great experience working with Todd and Suzie owners. We ended up needing installation done within a tight time-frame and they both came to do the install themselves, after hours, which in unheard of these days. Todd and Suzie value customer experience and will go out of their way to make sure this is top notch! Thanks guys, will be recommending you to all the new builds in our area!
Very disappointed with the customer service and product, firstly the sales rep did not amend our finalized order this resulted in us being provided with the wrong color bottom rails, blind mechanisms and chains what's bad is they installed two different colors. to add to this all bedrooms were supposed to be 2 blinds mounts inside the window frame which they did apart from one and mounted it on the exterior, after countless calls and emails back and forth it took them two visits to fix the wrong color brackets, chains and mechanisms and even still they have not corrected 1 of the bedroom fitment. very sad to say as the initial consultation was great then down hill from the day of payment
I am happy with the product however I would not deal with this company again, nor would I recommend them. The whole experience turned out to be very disappointing and was quite possibly the worst buyer experience I’ve had. From very poor customer service, through to a sales manager who insisted on visiting my home and assuring me he would help, only to then completely ghost me. After giving up on contacting him, I asked to talk to the manager but was told she won’t talk to customers about any issues. From a business point of view, a manager who won’t front up and talk things through is a red flag. This business needs to go back to the basics of good customer service, follow through, and communication, or they will never get repeat business or recommendations. They are not the cheapest, and with so much competition it is important to provide a high level of sales and service to attract and retain customers. Unfortunately, this business just doesn’t measure up.
Ordered blinds 27 July by paying deposit... a few days later told fabric was out of stock and not due in until Sept. Basic business practice is to check stock levels before confirming sale. Over a month later no contact...have called sales rep Ravi who has not returned any calls or texts. Called the factory and just get told a different story each time. Tried to get hold of the general manager Suzie Eagles but staff have been told not to give her number. I appreciate there are supply chain issues but be up front about these at sales point...frustrated. Thank you Suzie
BEST SERVICE EVER!!! I was in a bit of a pickle and needed some sun blocking blinds, well actually 7 of them... and by Friday! in 48 hours they provided me with all 7! The customer service was five stars! Thank you guys for helping me out, so appreciated :

Many thanks for Daniel who made the whole process fast and smooth excellent service. He repaired the other curtain free of charge he was so friendly. Highly recommended.
