Received great service from Steven and the team at Bay of Plenty Heat Pumps. Having a Mitsubishi air conditioning system is the best thing we've ever done in our Tauranga home. Has already paid for itself this summer. Highly recommended.

Terrible company. Installed a Mitsubishi heatpump that immediately started leakingsee photo. Instead of fixing it under warranty he stopped taking my calls. I contacted Mitsubishi and now he isn't taking their calls either. Steer clear, dodgy.

We were lucky enough to find Bay of Plenty Heat Pumps to install a Mitsubishi heat pump into our Tauranga home. We are delighted with how it's performing and its efficiency. Has been a real game changer. Highly recommended to all.
