I am all about finding fitness that you enjoy and using that to help you get healthy, getting you and your family to start living life in a healthy way. I am interested in helping with losing weight, increasing fitness, increase of muscle tone, nutrition, and making all these elements fun and suitable to fit into your lifestyle. Not everyone loves the gym, or has the time for the gym, and more often than not people buy into a gym membership and then are unsure of what to do with it. The exercises that I primarily use can be done in your home, or back yard, they are to build muscle strength rather than bulk you up. If you have children then thats even better, children learn from watching and participating in activities, and if they see there mum being active and enjoying fitness then they are more likely to have a good association with fitness. The same goes for eating, children learn from healthy lifestyle habits and showing them a great balanced lifestyle early on will be the foundation for there future health.
