Very helpful, I ordered some books which took awhile to turn up, when I went in to inquire if they had arrived yet. They instantly looked into it and had the problem sorted Pronto 3 days later my books arrived. Great job to the staff, always very friendly and helpful.
I had an incident there over 12 months ago with the manager. I have not been back since and don't intend to while she is manging the shop. I spoke to the owner and he said they needed me as much as I needed them. I have not needed them for over 12 months. I get the very best of service from other Waipukurau and Waipawa businesses.

There is something for everyone and the have AfterPay. The staff are always do kind and helpful. My artists love going in there every week and selecting a 'new' form of art medium.
